Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. Private lessons provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed.
Yoga postures and breathing exercises are selectively chosen and developed to
meet your specific needs. Learning and practicing postures and breathing
exercises at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way
to realize the benefits of yoga.
Attentively guided by verbal instruction, demonstration, and hands-on direction, you will explore yoga in a way that is practical and beneficial. True strength, endurance, and range of motion are developed incrementally and gradually, not by force.
Through an approach that is gradual and gentle, experience how the subtle power of yoga works with all aspects of your being — physical, psychological, and spiritual. Rediscover and enjoy your natural strength, suppleness, vigor, and health through yoga developed specifically for you.
We also provide semi-private or group
private sessions upon request. Private sessions can be adapted to suit the needs
of the group.
Private Instruction Pricing:
Lessons conducted within Waikoloa Village (75 min):
1 student: $90
2 students: $145
3 or more students $170
Lessons conducted outside of Waikoloa Village (75 min):
(within 15 miles, please call for prices outside this area)
1 student: $150
2 students: $185
3 or more students $250
* Discounts offered with commitment of at least 4 weeks.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Private sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
